First time hut player here
It’s incredibly frustrating how difficult it is to get good cards in this game. There’s practically no shot at getting the McDavid x-factor card without spending over 100 dollars. I wasn’t sure if it was this difficult in years past and from what I’ve seen online it seems like this is the general consensus this year. So far the mode is mostly fun, but Jesus Christ, it would legitimately take me about 6 months of grinding nonstop to get that X-factor. At the very least, make it so you can pull a captain card in packs. The game is trying to force you into spending money on points, and even that isn’t a guarantee to do much help with the highest rated card pack in the game. I’ve grinded for about 20 hours now and have about 220k in coins (half of that was from selling my McDavid base card), and I STILL don’t even have a third of what’s needed to buy the pack. That is absolutely absurd. Don’t even get me started on the XP path, you get practically nothing valuable from it and requires an obscene amount to get to the end. Stuff like this is really starting to push me away. Please make good things more attainable without making us spend more money.
