while I know you’re not asking me, I’ll answer from my perspective. Often, not every time, you’ll be very near a teammate. You try to had over the puck to him. He could be 6’ away even. Any player in this game, bronze silver or gold should be able to make that pass cleanly no matter how tired they are. For some reason a lot of the passes just miss and carry on down the ice, either for an icing or retrieving the puck in your own end. My favourite it when this happens and you have to get the puck from your own zone after just being in the offensive zone. Then the programming thinks you’re ragging the puck and makes you grind to a halt. Then your opponent takes the puck away and scores. Not every time but you get the point.
