Yesterday I got the pop up screen for the Four Nations XP event in HUT. But no matter how many times I hit the button to select my team nothing happened. The screen was locked so I had to restart the game. The pop up never reappeared and now I have no access to the XP event... Some other people have had this issue as well...

Community ManagerHello, everyone. If you're still having trouble with this, completely close down NHL 25. Make sure it's not running in the background. Then, turn off your console and unplug it for at least 2 minutes. After that, wait an hour before loading back into NHL 25. This should make sure the cache has been cleared and either let you select the country or will show the banner with the current tier the community has reached. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

I've not seen the banner to choose the Team I want to support and be involved with the community, even though I have chosen my player from the store.
