Game keeps force quitting every time I open in HUT

I have the same problem here. Every time i open hut its a black screen and going back to thee xbox menus. I restart the xbox and desinstall the game but the problem continues. We paid 140$ for a game that does not work espicially that we paid to have early acces but we cant ! Frustating
