I hate myself. My Daily Hat Trick Weber I had up to 83 and was checking on how many more I needed to make it a 84 Card I accidentally degraded it back to 82. I screwed up so badly. How can I restore it back to 83 as I was 3 collectables out from making it an 84. I even have proof I had the card in my lines when it was up to 83. I'm absolutely sick to my stomach about it. Also the game keeps calling my team the expos when I'm set to the predators. Also attached it's my lines and the last goal I got with the card at 83.

EA_AljoCould we get some information on this?I mean why do we have the option to refund a tier for a Daily Hat Trick player but we don't get any tokens back for refunding a tier? That doesn't make any sense. We should get all 20 tokens back.There should also be a reason for the refund option to exist. I mean that option is unnecessary as long as we can't change our Daily Hat Trick player or use those tokens for anything else.I think we should be allowed to change our Daily Hat Trick player if we want to do so. It's very nice compared to the Quest For 99 players in NHL 24 that we can get the player at the start of the year and upgrade it throughout the year, but I don't like the idea that we are stuck with our choice for the rest of the year. I hope we will be allowed to change our mind at some point. And we would still only be able to use one of those players at a time, so I don't see any problems in letting us to change our mind.I'm also a bit worried about the fact that we will need 340 tokens to upgrade our Daily Hat Trick player to 99 overall if every tier is going to cost 20 tokens. The cost will either need to be lower at some of the higher overall tiers or there will need to be some other ways to get those tokens than just daily objectives, because otherwise it will take way too long to upgrade the card to 99 overall. I mean 340 days is almost a year.Could we get some information on these things?

dnk800As I explained in my longer comment in which I tagged EA_Aljo, I think it was EA that screwed up, not you. It makes no sense that we can refund a tier without getting any tokens back. You should definitely get back those 20 tokens that you lost by refunding the tier. I really hope this issue will be resolved.

There is a confirmation button you have to hit to confirm so you know you'll be losing those collectibles. Also, Cancel is selected by default so you have to choose the refund button. So, if you go through both those steps, you're confirming you're ok losing those collectibles.I understand this isn't ideal since it would be better if that button wasn't there to begin with. I've relayed this feedback to the team.

I did contact EA Support too and they said they couldn't help me. I wish I had those 20 collectables re-issued to me as it would make me feel so much better and if EA_Aljo or someone else could fix it I would really appreciate it. As it this whole thing has depressed me so much I thought about stopping playing HUT because I just will have my Weber card behind and I was so excited for the 84 version.
