I pre ordered the deluxe edition of NHL 25 and when I created my HUT team I never received my Hughes brothers choice pack.

Nah you don't get it if you didn't pre order before Sept 13th. Which is bullish
Time gating pre order rewards is stupid. Not every one gets paid the same day. Or have money to pre order at the same time. Everyone should get that choice pack.

This choice pack was for NHL 24, not NHL 25. ☹️

Make sure you all confirm that you pre-ordered before September 13th. Also, as mentioned, the 99 OVR pack is received on NHL 24. Not 25.
