HUT disconnect when I win games frequently

This is the only game that have issues with, and it happens on HUT and CHEL. I did the math and it happens 20% of my games. I’ve cleared my alternate MAC address, cleared saved games, reset the game,...

So what’s the plan on reimbursement for the time/money spent on HUT? It’s been a huge investment for a product that doesn’t work 20% of the time.

If you are still disconnecting from 20% of your games, that would most likely be a connection issue. Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here?
