I having an issue with XP rewards?

Question

I just finished my last weekly objective worth 17,000 XP and my rewards wouldn’t show up. I had just over 386,000 XP (Level 45) which would put me just over 405,000 (Level 47) after I claim the objective rewards. Nothing has shown up and I have tried everything from resetting the game to shutting down the Xbox to fixing my internet

Hi there. In the past, this has been a visual issue. You're still receiving the XP, but it's not showing as updated. Send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and we'll look into it.
