Incorrect pack contents

Question

Pasting here from the general thread for visibility.

I opened a premium players pack for 56,250 coins this evening which advertised “12 random players” and received 6 players and a non player item. My coin balance reflects the purchase and I have the video of me opening and receiving the incorrect items.

I understand what you're saying. There is conflicting information. It says both 7 items and 12. I'm waiting to hear back on this.

The pack says under it that there are 7 items in it. I know the description says 12 though. We'll have to wait and see what happens after the investigation.
