Wildcard random winner?

Its doing the same for me. it's quite annoying because its taking me forever to make it all the way through.

Not alone bud. EA Is constantly changing things. The unfortunate thing is. Tbe changes are not for the benefit of the community.

I'm sure its an intentional move by EA. The reason being. If your game is tied after the initial period, they award you half the amount. Instead of 400 for the win. Its 200 for the tie. So that can't be an error. (Using an example here.)

You shouldn't need a video to fix this issue. Just look at the rules of this week's Wildcard event and see that it says "no overtime". That's where this issue is coming from. Why is there no overtime? Is it intentional or a mistake? I mean there has always been overtime and/or shootout after a tied game in Wildcard until this week. And why is a tie worth the same number of Wildcard points as a loss? Shouldn't it be worth more than a loss but less than a win? Can it be changed so that Wildcard games can't end in a tie or that a tie is worth more Wildcard points than a loss?

And by the way, the random PWHL player pack in the Women's Day objectives is broken. It can give us a player from the women's national teams instead of a PWHL player. All PWHL players are at least 75 overall so the pack should guarantee a 75+ overall player, but right now it only guarantees a 60+ overall player since the lowest rated players in the women's national teams are 60 overall. That should also be fixed and those who have already opened the pack should get a random PWHL player pack as compensation.

I didn't notice until it was too late but I was able to save a clip of the very end of the completion screen, here is a screenshot showing the error.

As far as I know, you still get points for completing other objectives. Was there nothing else completed in this game though? Also, was there no OT? Apologies for not knowing. I haven't been playing HUT this year.

I am fine with no OT in wild card tbh. It’s just at the end of the games the announcer would say “and this team takes the win” or something like that and I see the opposite team dabbing each other when it was a tied game. So it seemed like it was awarding people the win randomly or something. Wild card doesn’t take that long to complete but yeah… just threw me off.

Does this mean that it will be updated on Friday when there is a new Wildcard event, or is it something that isn't tied to Friday's refresh and can happen in the middle of a Wildcard event? 

And do you have any information on why a tie is worth the same number of Wildcard points as a loss?
