Last weeks TOTW cards showing up in packs still

EA_AljoWe just got our six new TOTW cards and I pulled a card (Boqvist) from last week. Why are these still in packs? I’ve also heard of folks completing the 10 collectibles set and getting last weeks cards as options as well.
