Lost Connection to Server

Mentioned this on another post but it’s continuing to happen and need this to be escalated for a fix.  No issues with my internet and I am wired.  I am consistently losing connection in the middle of Squad Battles/Rivals and Moments resulting in losses all while I am still connected fully to the internet.  My connection is very strong (over 850 download) and I usually have around a 15-20 ping with no packet loss.  Never had this issue in NHL 24 and it’s occurring every 3rd or 4th game for me now.  Please let me know how to resolve because the game isn’t playable in its current state.

    Even though your connection is fast doesn't mean it cant have problem with the game. You could have strict NAT that is blocking ports that the game needs and that is probably the most likely scenario as this isn't common issue with the game.

    I manually allowed all ports that the game needs and haven't had single random disconnect from the game in the last 3 titles.
