Lost player from sets
Hi I made byram in the origins set than I put him in the fan collection set and he disappeared after that I tried resetting my game and ps5 but can’t find him anywhere any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Are you absolutely positive you can't find him? You should see him in your collection. Go to My Collection and hit Y/Triangle to search for Origins items.
I made byram from the origins event. than I put him in the set that that’s called byram fan collection. you put byram and a Colorado logo in the set and your supposed to get both of those back plus a byram fan pack which is just a celebration his number and a jersey. But I did not get my byram back from this set. I done the same thing with matthews and I received all my items back

Hi there. I'm not sure which set you put them in. I don't see a fan collection set. Regardless, if you have accidentally submitted an item in a set, we're not able to reverse that, unfortunately.
