Missing tokens and wildcard collectibles

Level 27 xp tokens pack opened and sent to collection. I never received those. Restarted game and still not in collection. I tried to update xp Gagne but only shows 1 token that i had before this. Also i think i'm missing some of this weeks wildcard tots collectibles, they not going in my collection.
