NHL 25 hut completing team builder set didn't give the player

So I did Vancouver Canucks team builder set and the 83 Alexadre Burrows didn't appear at inbox. I restarted the game and I even restarted the console but nothing. Losing a 83 team builder to a bug is a pretty significant setback after all. Is there any way to get it and inspect the current bug in the game?
