Not receiving 4 nation collectable…
I picked Canada to win the four nations face off in hockey ultimate team and I did not receive my upgrade collectable at all… not in the store and not in my item inbox ? Has anyone else had this problem ..

I tried to pick Canada the one time the screen popped up for me in nhl 25 but the screen froze... I had to restart the game and the team-pick screen never appeared again so I didn't get the last token either...very frustrating and unfortunately not the first time EA is driving me mad.
I had that problem.
I just put in a ticket with support for this issue as I didn't receive my upgrade token even though selecting Canada as my team. The support advisor mentioned the rewards are delayed, but a bunch of folks already got their token so it seems odd. I hope EA does the right thing and provides the token to those who should be awarded it.
