Not receiving HUT Champs Rewards

I got the game about a month ago and just  a few weeks ago while the player to earn was mike modano, I ended up getting 12 wins and never received the 86 ovr Modano or the pack reward.

Am I missing a step to receive these? I thought they just showed up in your inbox once the round of HC was over.

    Go to Champs and you'll see something like "past seasons." click on the season that you played and you'll see collect rewards.
