Not Working

HUT on ps5 will not load. Keeps saying network error then reset everything. Please don’t try suggesting this fix. Tried already and it’s not working. 
Then after like 3 resets works so slowly then when I try to enter HUT just keeps spinning like trying to load but can’t for the entire time.

    Hi there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
