Officially done
After 20 years or so of playing this game I am done. The lack of care of making a good game has gone out the window years ago. I understand that all games have problems but when the biggest issues were oversights from the beginning and telling us it won’t be fixed until the next game I have lost all faith in the creators of this game. I cannot bring myself to spend my money or time towards something that the people who put it out just simply don’t care enough.
There are too many games for me to play in my free time to care about this one anymore. You miss a day or two and you’re completely behind. You invest all assets into a card thinking you’ll have it all year long just to find out that every new card is better and 1/10th of the price. More glitches than ever and you release 99 skating halfway through the year. I am over it and it’s sad as NHL was the game I looked forward to the most every year minus the last 3-4 years. Thanks for all the good times as I am sure I’ve crossed many of your paths. But I am done with NHL.
