HUT Chams Matchmaking

I am writing to report a recurring issue with the matchmaking system in NHL 25. Today, I experienced a frustrating problem where I was matched against the same opponent three times in 7 matches.
My record is currently 12-5, while my opponent's record is 15-1. This significant skill disparity, combined with the repeated matchups, makes the game extremely unenjoyable.
This issue suggests a serious problem with the matchmaking algorithm. I would like to know what steps you are taking to address this issue and improve the matchmaking experience for players.
