Power up collectibles

I spent some cards yesterday to get the 5x xfactor power ups and 10 collectibles to get 2 tokens and never received them while playing. I'm at work now so can't check till later but should I be getting them at some point? I'll be pretty upset if I wasted my cards for nothing.
