Objectives for completing this event is a 94 TOTW player. There is also 2 90 player cards to be gotten. I finished the objective and....2 Cam Fowler 90 cards. What a surprise!!! A selection pack for the 94. Why not ones for the 90s. It would at least prevent duplication.

Yes, it's true that it could be a big deal for a newcomer to get two different 90 overall cards instead of getting the same card twice. I wasn't trying to contradict with what I have said before about newcomers. I was just trying to understand why you decided to complain about this. As I said, I totally agree with you that it would be better if it was a choice pack. I just don't believe it's a problem for you personally at this point to get a 90 overall duplicate. It wouldn't be a problem for me either. But yes, it's true that it could be a problem for someone else, be it a newcomer to whose team a 90 overall player would be an upgrade or someone who is looking for a specific card for a theme team or something like that.
I was making a point for the need to be a choice pack. Had nothing to do with my need. And I do recall you telling me earlier in another post, where I stated EA should dispense with lower rated cards. You replied with. There are newcomers to the game that might want or need them. You seem to be in conflict with your answers. You did however agree with tbe premise that there should be a choice pack involved. And that was the point of the post.
Does it really matter at this point if you get a 90 overall duplicate? I doubt you have any use for untradeable 90 overall cards at this point other than sets, and for that purpose it doesn't matter if the cards are duplicates or not. But yes, it would of course be better if it was a choice pack. I totally agree on that. And even if it's not for preventing duplication, someone who wants a specific card for a theme team or something like that would have a better chance of getting that card if it was a choice pack instead of just a random player. I just find it hard to believe that you really needed two different 90 overall cards at this point.
