The Blue Check mark...
At the start of the year, it was announced that Power Up Cards that had a Blue Box with a White Check mark will not receive any additional tiers.
My maxed out 91 Rasmus Andersson had this blue check mark. But now, a tier to upgrade to 92 OVR was added.
This contradicts what was stated earlier in the year. So will Base Power Up Icons receive new tiers now? Why isn't there any consistency or communication?
