Correction: It wasn't announced that Power Up Cards will not receive additional tiers "at the start of the year". It was only until 85 Supernatural MacInnis came out and the PUI did not upgrade.
In fact, no official channels said anything about the blue check mark. It was only "NHL Design Council" people on social media.
