The missing packs are ridiculous

I have still not received the Hughes brothers pack. And at this point, it probably won't be fixed until the set can not be completed anymore.   The amount of tickets I have had to create to be talked to like a robot (Except for once) is frustrating, and that point now is completely wrong. There have no updates, no communication, and no compensation. I have spent hours per day on this game trying to make the pack attainable, only to have to spend 50k on  6 total 79 OVERALL PLAYERS.  I have had to spend probably 300/400k into players that could be used upgrading the rest of my team. I have seen plenty of tickets with the same problem, and it is quite sad how little we have been told about it.

And the absolute worst part, is none of the above will happen, and we will just out of luck, and get nothing for this
