I would still like to get an answer to the question that have asked several times now.
I looked at your recent responses to missing content issues and this is what I found:
I found 4 cases where someone had completed a set and not received the reward for it. You told to one of them that an advisor is going to need to investigate that issue. The other 3 had already contacted an advisor, and you asked one of them to send you a private message with their Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and said that you will look into it, whereas to the other 2 you just told that you have passed it on to the team and that you will let them know when you have some news (which apparently hasn't happened yet).
You have also said that you can see the history of a card being submitted to a set, which implies that you can also see the history of a set being completed.
You also told someone who sold a player and didn't get the coins to contact an advisor.
Then there was someone who completed the Tutorial Moments but didn't receive the Daily Hat Trick player choice pack. You asked them to send you a private message with their Xbox gamertag/PSN ID.
And finally, someone didn't get a reward pack from the XP path, and again you asked them to send you a private message with their Xbox gamertag/PSN ID.
And by the way, I also found the other report about being unable to claim the rewards for the Ready Set Go objectives. You responded to that report by saying that a game doesn't doesn't count for objectives if it ends after the time when the objectives expire, which is simply not true. The objectives need to be be completed before 2 PM PST, but the game doesn't need to end before that time.
Anyway, if there is something that can be done for set rewards, Moments rewards and XP path rewards with the help of an Xbox gamertag/PSN ID, why can't the same thing be done for objective rewards?
What if the objective hadn't expired but the rewards just hadn't been sent to inbox / unopened packs for some reason when they were claimed? Could something be done it that case?
I know you told me that you have let the team know about the issue, but I'm assuming that it's more about the general issue of being unable to claim rewards for expired objectives than about my rewards for a specific set of objectives. But of course I still want to get my rewards for those objectives since I completed them before they expired.
Is there really no way to verify that I completed an objective and give me the rewards that I earned but can't claim since that objective has expired?
