Why did I not get Hughes's pack with the deluxe edition?

I should have gotten this pack with a pre-ordered deluxe edition - Immediate Reward in NHL 24 (Choice of Jack, Quinn, or Luke Hughes at 99 OVR), but I did not.

    There were 2 packs. One was for a 99 OVR Hughes in NHL 24. The other was for the 84 OVR choice pack in NHL 25. To get that one, you needed to have pre-ordered before September 13th.

OK I never got my pack so who do I send the pic showing I pre ordered on Sept 9th  from the Xbox order history?

Is this happening on the account the game was purchased on? If you're playing on multiple accounts, only the one that made the purchase gets the pre-order content. If that's true, you'll need to open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. Cases can be opened by following the steps here.
