Xp collectibles not working

I received a bunch of purple xp collectibles and a 83 overall power up player in my inbox. I upgraded him 1 time with the purple xp collectibles and now its saying i dont have anymore collectibles. But I still have 9 of them in my inventory.

    You need Tokens, those are Collectibles, it's written on them, you can get 1 token for 5 collectibles in the XP Sets.
