Any Acknowledgement?? Known issue!!

I agree.  Having those HUGE errors along with many others is inexcusable.  Even a couple of nights ago I was in a lobby with friends and when the game started I was with completely different teammates against different opponents.  Coincidentally I was only a hundred or so RP from levelling up and I was matched up with newbies against a team of elites.  Thanks EA for the guaranteed loss.  😒

If I'm not mistaken this is the 2nd year with all the lobby errors and hearing people from different parties etc. There were always match making issues but quite literally 50% or more of games from drop in lobbies can't start.

Or you are sitting there for 4 minutes searching for opponent. Then you cancel the search...but it won't cancel. Then you need to dashboard. Then someone can't ready up or pick their position. Dashboard again.

I've never had to dashboard in a game like this. EVER.

Can we stop ignoring this game breaking issue? 

Club is a little better but still not perfect!! My club was well on its way to a perfect record and elite championship until we got into a game that dropped 2 of our players in the loading screen. Loss.

Been longer than 2 years, once they changed over from the old lobby system in NHL 19 it got worse.

Yes you are right. I have noticed it has been considerably worse the last 2 years however. 

I'm going to hop on tonight and I will keep track of the crashes, the amount of time spent in lobbies vs playing, and the amount of times we need to dashboard to "refresh" the search process.

I get on average 4-5 games, 6vs6 or 5vs5 (no goalies) a night.  It would probably be a few more games played if not for all of these issues.  This is probably why a lot of players don’t play this game as much anymore.  It’s obvious when I don’t see as many full level/prestige players now compared to just a couple years ago when a lot of players would be full level/prestige by even Christmas.
