Unclear Trophies / Achievements
I was curious about a couple trophies. "Most Interesting Person Alive" is one. What is an offplay highlight package? My second question is for, "Leveling Up!" it states that you have to reach level 50 on any XP progression track. The issue here is that none of the progression tracks go to 50 from what I can tell. My final question is about when HUT Champions will be a thing, and is it open to everyone or are there stipulations for playing in it? Thanks.Why is form score only linked to points?
I don’t understand how I’m supposed to stay on the first or second line when only points count toward the form score. Even with the lowered score requirement, it’s still unrealistically hard to satisfy the coach. I played two games with zero points but earned B- and B overall grades, and they still counted as zero points on the form score. In the third game, I had an assist with a B+ overall, and suddenly it counted as 100 score? First off, it doesn’t fit my player type to be asked to score points every game. Next, how am I supposed to rack up points when teammates miss wide-open nets or take slapshots one foot in front of the goalie after being set up on a breakaway? Offensive plays are nearly impossible with the bad AI that dumps the puck even when there are two good passing options. I bought NHL 26 only because of the BAP update, but it’s just a reskin of the same problems we’ve had before. And what a huge letdown that the tunnel entrance, which was so heavily advertised, only appears once. I’m really disappointed.Strategy changing
Is there a way in franchise mode to get the strategies that you set yourself stay that way they always stay that way for a few games and then they go back to the way the coach wants them to be I want them to stay the way I put them but they don't stay that way for long and I was wondering if you could change that. Am I doing something wrong or is there something I don't know as to why I can't get them to stay a certain way It gets annoying having to put them back the way I want them when the coach changes them back to the way he wants themCpu opposition franchise mode penalties
Can we please be updated as to if the devs are looking at or ever going to do something about the cpu opposition in franchise mode not taking any tripping, hooking, slashing or high stick penalties despite penalties set 4 in rules and sliders at 100, after all it's getting on towards 4 months since release.????NHL 26 Be A Pro WJC
The world has known for a while now, and even before NHL 26 even came out, that this year's World Junior Cup was gonna be in Minnesota, so why, when you play BAP, the WJC isn't on the ice at the Grand Casino area? Instead, it's on some random blank Olympic-sized rink. Why is this?Old Xfactors
Hi all! Merry Christmas! Its my first post in the forum but many years of CHEL i must say that i really enjoyed old Xfactors more, i feel that they definetly missed balancing but atleast i could diversify some builds more. i really miss Puck on a String, Schnipe and even Spinorama schnipe wasnt popular but i loved the idea that if other team leave a player unatended and he gets time to settle puck and make dangerous shot was actually interesting. Wristshots from Defenders are quite useless this year and in a ways it instantly makes the position little bit more unapealing in this online mode where everyone wants to be forward Toe drags and general stick handling felt smoother, but now we have 6different Toe drags which have quite slow anf long animations and in ways i more often choose not to do any stick handling this year becouse its quite slow. (Red ankle breaker is expensive and useless) i am actually quite alright with elite edges and other xfactors becouse in EU most people use ECL loaoduts and you dont get to see them often. its a shame that one can Get better ontimer with Rocket abillity than actual Ontimer. And that only shooting abillity is “Quick release” which is quite boring to be honest. i felt that “shock and awe, schnipe,make it snappy” were great ideas but lacked balancing in comparison with close quarters but developers definetly made them interesting. IMO older Xfactors allowed players to have more personality to their playstyles and i Hope EA_Aljo could maybe tell us if we might see atleast some of them making their returnMusic
For the love of god. The music selection on this video game series, is the most horrific display of music I’ve ever heard in my life. Majority of people who play chel are ages 10-25, they don’t listen to this hideous whatever music you want to call this. Take notes from 2k and madden, weird kids don’t play hockey anymore that phase is gone. Get with the program, please.Grudge match
Since we created this grudge match system and we force it to execute whether we have played this team or not... perhaps we consider a "rematch" system? In rocket league my friends and I loved this feature.. you lose and feel you got robbed/ they got lucky goals, you played bad/ shots were off, so you hit rematch.. they feel they were the better team so they are happy to accept to get a second win and not have to search for a new team. Then we get the grudge match system to execute. This would also help alleviate teams getting into games with teams far better/ worse.. a team far worse wouldn't accept.. so you're effectively getting more games against your own skill level. I remember a few years ago we played the same team probably 6 times over the course of a few days and they became our rival. This system could create rivalries.Bald/ grey hair/ ugly game generated prospects in franchise mode.
The title says it all, I've had drafts full of players that look like this, all because of the inability to edit anybodies appearance. I know they wear helmets but longer hair does show/ helmets are off in certain cutscenes. You build a random team through drafts just to watch the ugliest group of odd looking/ grey/ balding looking 20yos, mixed with clones, real players etc. celebrate with the cup. Don't get me started on some of the names you can get. (I really have to keep creating players to fill drafts when the game does it for you) I'll always bring this up, EAs NHL series, since like 08 or so, has one of the WORST customization systems in any game. N EA has some of the best customization in games, no excuse.
