Roster Update Schedule
Well I updated this morning expecting the update to include a roster update since the rosters had to be set for the season by 5pm ET yesterday. Alas, the update for the game was only for some bugs in online play. The rosters have not been updated since 9/25/25. So my question is when will the rosters get updated and what is the plan going forward to keep the rosters updated throughout the year. An AI assistant answer said that twice a month there should be roster updates but I can't find the source for that info.

God these roster updates are GARBAGE and poointless so far. So many players/prospects missing. Over a quarter of the way through the season and still massively incomplete rosters. There's no other game where you have to wait many months for proper rosters. It's ridiculous.NHL 26: Team identity reset after changing arena ?
Hi everyone, I have a question about NHL 26. After changing my arena, my team identity seems to be affected. The jerseys and all the equipment turned into generic white and black ones. Is this normal after changing an arena, or is it a bug? If anyone knows how to fix this or has experienced the same issue, I'd really appreciate your help !Sliders do the Trick (more realistic gameplay)
After 60 hours I can say that altering the sliders makes a big difference for me having fun and motivation to play longer. In BAP my teammates are still frustrating most of time and to much pass interceptions on hard passes are also hindering fun offensive plays. But generally especially in Franchise mode my sliders help a lot. Attributes to 10 Speed to 0 Shooting: wrist 90/90, slap 80/95 Passing: 0 assist/ min Speed 15-20, Max Speed 100/ Saucer 100/ accuracy 100, interceptions 0 Live Tipps on for pass aiming (lets you aim better and see pass power) Goalies; everything to 100 and 0 puck covering. Its more challenging but very rewarding to score from manual passing and you can make plays which are not possible with assisted passingNhl 26 WJC Face scans😡😡😡

You guys are well aware about the big drive and commitment from the fanbase, multiple threads/forums and people telling you to work on player face scans, especially younger ones, and then you do that…..BUT WITH PLAYERS THAT YOU CANT PLAY WITH IN FRANCHAISE MODE? LIKE WHAT?? You guys could have gone so many other directions and not make all NCAA players?? You know what 4 rookies with face scans would have meant to us?? This is such an joke, i hope u make them into international team/ so you can access the players offline. What was the thought process here?? Apparently if you were on hut this morning you got to open a 89ut choice pack for chel week which was then changed to 86BND, but only after a bunch of people got the 89s. What gives EA? I’m sorry I have a job that I have to be at and can’t play your game 24/7NHL 26 - Be a Pro - Stuck on salary perk screen
Hi, I'm in my third NHL 26 be a pro season and I just finished the first game of the finals. Once that game was finished and I attempted to sim to the next game I was presented with the salary perk screen. Not sure if I'm using the proper terminology for that screen, but it's where you can buy, for example, vehicles, that allow you to improve your player's stats. I've included an attachment that shows the issue. It shows me as having $8 under funds available and over budget of over $1.5 million under funds spent. Even if deactivate every single perk that can be disabled (some are bought once and stay bought) I can only manage to get it down to an over budget of about $97,000. Obviously, the issue is the $8 under funds available. Even if I close the game, turn off my console, go back into the game, when I choose to sim to the next game again (game 2) I'm once again presented with the salary perk screen. Basically, I can't advance to the next game. I tried to search the forums to see if anyone else had reported this issue, but I can't find anything. Any ideas? Thank you.Why can we not change the age for active NHL and Alumni Players?
This seems like a basic feature. But if I want to create a franchise with certain alumni players I can’t choose their age. Why is this?EA_Aljo I don’t really want to hear that this feedback will be brought to the team. It’s been like this for years. So it clearly is doubtfully this will be patched in NHL 26.
Custom Rosters Not Loading
EA_Aljo Appears custom rosters are not loading correctly. I downloaded a custom roster and the created players aren't there. I tried both ways of downloading it from the roster sharing and not setting it as active then going to roster and setting it to active. Then I also try to set it as active right away and nothing. I know for sure the ones I downloaded have people created but don't show up.Be a Pro Issues
Okay, so clearly this mode wasn’t play tested by the development team. Maybe they weren’t given time, idk. form score in the last patch was updated for scratch, 4th line and 3rd line players. Glad to see it. What about 2nd and first line players? To get on 1st line I need to have 85 form score???? What? That literally is not possible if you play on a higher difficulty. it is not realistic to score a goal a game. I don’t want to do that. I want a challenge. EA_Aljo can the team fix form score? At a bare minimum can we be told explicitly how it is calculated? I’m leading my team in goals, points plus minus and I’m not on the top line because I can’t get 85 form score. This is impossible. Second issue that clearly was not QA’d or play tested: my player has pretty much lost the X factor ability wheels. Why? Because I didn’t realize my acceleration stat (which I have maxed out in the TP tree) is at 90 when my health is at max (giving a bonus of 5%). I upgraded my wheels X factor to blue which requires 89 acceleration. So now if I play a game, my health goes down and I lose the X factor ability and can’t equip it because I lose the 5% acceleration stat. And there is NO WAY to equip yellow wheels again. Seriously, I’m trying to have respect for the development team, I’m a developer myself, but I swear these people don’t think. How can I increase my acceleration stat in the game through gameplay? Since I’ve maxed out the acceleration TP tree, I’m kinda screwed??TrollsWhat Happened?
So you can report people for language and behavior. Using demeaning slurs etc. When will you add in a troll reporting? There's poor team/player play sure, but there are players deliberately pulling goalies and laying on ice, they shoot it on their own goalies, sit at center ice and barely move so they dont get kicked? On top of that when will you update leaving lobbies without using the pause or the timeout? A player quits and you can't access your timeout later in game. Im sure there are logistical issues here but this is getting ridiculous. Everyone else gets penalized for troll behavior.Penalties still not fixed
It is kinda unacceptable that a hockey sim, which has a base code that is anything but new, has been out nearly 2 months and the dev team can still not figure out something that its predecessors have had figured out for years. Why, 2 months in to a hockey sim's release, do we still not have any idea why penalties and stick infractions will not be called? Why are the gameplay sliders constantly resetting? Why is there a conflict between the main menu settings and the settings you experience in individual modes like BAP? Why does a person with literally 1 step of skate distance absolutely obliterate someone with a body check? Why did you sell us NHL Hitz. We bought NHL 26. What is the timetable for this to be resolved? When do you start issuing refunds? You didn't give us what you promised. Why is this ok?
