Unfortunately this game is a troll's absolute paradise and always has been. It's a game where you can drop in and ruin the game for 11 other people singlehandedly with absolutely no consequence aside from maybe getting blocked by two or three guys. You have to be so hilariously terrible for so inexcusably long to get auto kicked that the feature might as well not even be in the game.

Couldn't have said it better myself. It's absolutely crazy to me that we're 17-years into the EASHL experience, and trolls are still able to ruin the experience for everyone.

EA has actively avoided giving users the ability to deal with trolls under this ridiculous idea that it would be 'abused'. What's baffling about that is they'd rather regular, decent people who just want to enjoy hockey suffer the abuse of trolls rather than trolls suffer the 'abuse' of being kicked from a game for being a crappy person. Make it make sense.

It's been demonstrated for 17-years that the automated tools EA uses to determine if a player is griefing are simply not working.
