Drop ins should not be able to pause in World of CHEL club games......

I feel that drop ins should not have the ability to change formations or be able to pause. Had a drop in quit last night about 5 mins into the game, would be nice if that doesn't waste our timeout. One would say don't run drop ins, which we would if the AI defense was even remotely good, like just a little bit good. 

Also would nice if the chat that pops up when some is talking was see through or somewhere other than in the middle of the screen to where it hampers you to be able to see what is going on the ice.
