Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Do you also get this error when changing anything on the club or just the color of the logo?

hi! it seems to ONLY be the color of the logo (and it's the old Atlanta Flames logo (vintage logo) if that helps?).

i'm able to select the logo, no problem. I can change the logo color HOWEVER after i try to 'save' by hitting L3 to get to another combo (moving to Visitor or Alternate) and it asks me to "save/discard/cancel", that's when i get the error code.

i will check again, just to make sure it's still happening! thanks for your response!!

  yep. i can trigger this error consistently with the above pattern (change color of logo -> back out -> attempt to save).

    Thanks for the details. We're aware this can happen. Unfortunately, we don't have a fix for it at this time. We'll have to wait and see if it's addressed in a future update/game. I'm so sorry for the frustration. I know this is really disappointing.

side note: just unlocked stadium upgrades. when attempting to make changes, i get errors and kicked out to main menu. things like stancheon effects, goalie spotlights, etc.

here's a question: is it possible to 'reset to default' on customization? would this help? it would require some work to re-do the uniform combos and stadium setup. just frustrated that we can't put our club logo up, nor can we use these new upgrades (goalie spotlights).

ultimately these cosmetics are silly and relatively superficial. maybe they don't take to long to unlock? i think if you actually gave us more tools to customize our look, we might share more of it. not unlike MLB The Show's stadium builder.
