Hello. Thanks for reporting this. We're not aware of any issues at the moment, but will certainly keep an eye out for them. When is this happening? Is it during a game, in the menus, in the lobby, etc. Also, which console are you all on or is it a mix of both? I would also recommend you do a full power cycle of your modem/router and console.
