Grinder is obselete in WOC

Why would anyone use the grinder .. it doesn’t even have the highest hand eye anymore.. sniper and playmaker have the same. Now anyone can have elite tipper .. so it’s wiser to use the TWF as all the important stats are higher. The grinder excels in shot blocking and discipline… he wasn’t that good before and now he’s even worse. Why would they do that ?
