Hitting and no penalties (CHEL)

With all due respect, you said the team was well aware of Truculence issues when it first came out and not only did you make it more powerful the next year, the team then proceeded to change hitting controls entirely which only reinforced the meta further... are we able to get any sort of guarantee things will improve for both offense and defense  (and other modes) going forward?

It's exactly the same in franchise and season modes,  how can a game be released in this state,  it's nothing like a game should be, penalties and hitting mechanics should  have been sorted years ago and fully refined by now and they should  just be adding  back in things that are new, to say it's been looked at is a disgrace.

Yeah, this ( late hits, blatant interference not called ) has been an ongoing issue for years and has been brought up multiple times.   The boost to truculence in NHL 26 is just making a bad situation even worse.

Yes. I'm saying, we're aware of the feedback. I'm as unhappy with it as the rest of you are. It's incredibly frustrating. I just hope that it's changed. I know it's being looked in to and I will continue to do all I can to be your voice on this and other issues.
