Need faces on new players in the NHL and more

Hello,

Will it be possible to add the faces or avatar faces in franchise mode, when we create new teams instead of having NO FACES on a player it,s anoying.

Also Couls it be possible to get the 3 stars players going on the ice to show them when they are on the 3 stars, like in reality.

Also to see the trophies of the player of the month like for the montreal Canadians (Molson Trophie).

One more thing, it woul be cool to have in the menues of the trophies that we can see during the season the players and coaches that could be the ones that would have a chance to win the trophies, this way we can see the evolution during the season,  like in reality, 

And finally, it could be cool to see the referries calling the penalities like in reality again.
