Talking in Chel PC

Is anybody is actually able to speak with is mic in a game in chel, especially in drop-in? I've look on google and try everything but still can't talk. If someone know a way to speak during a game in Chel drop-in (don't know if it matter but 6v6) let me know because I'm getting crazy about it! I want to be able to tell my teammate to stop trying to be heroes and pass the puck so we can score goal and win instead of them just losing the puck over and over because the are just greddy and try to be the hero...
