PS5 CHEL Clubs 6v6 mode: game crashes 100% every time
Problem: 6v6 club games crashing. Cannot currently play CHEL club 6v6 at all (only mode our club plays). 100% every time crashes for all players involved in the search All players involved in the searches are club members (no friends invited or drop-in fillers). Same manner, same place/time. We have played CHEL club 6v6 every night this week with no problems up until Friday night (we started around 9:30pm EDT) This should narrow down the time frame or might help.
What happens?: Everyone in DR, start search, finds team, then as soon as time runs out and it switches to loading into the game, INSTANTLY everyone gets a game crash. The game crashes to the PSN dash menu and a PSN report issue pops up. Nothing was changed in the matchup menu. No loadout or jersey changes. We ran this multiple times each night. Exact same thing each and every time. We probably tried around 6-7 searches each night before giving up.
What we've tried: We tried all the different options/variables we could think of to search differently or remove any possible hangups. We tried everyone restarting consoles. Had a different person captain the DR and search for games. Tried different DR search filters (allow drop-in players, location preference, etc). Club just won't work at all and crashes 100% every time. So we then tried drop-in games with the exact same people and those work with no problem at all.
What worked: After no luck and only drop-in games working, we decided the second night to try searching from a completely brand new club. We created another brand new club on a different friends account and it works completely fine and normal with no problems at all. The problem seems to be with the club itself. Same players, just a different club and it works fine as 🍷
Appreciate your time EA_Aljo I really hope you can get this fixed and the issue resolved soon. Our club has around 100 games completed and we REALLY don't want to lose our club's progression and unlocks. That's a lot of games and a lot of time. Please keep us informed to fixes and any progress or questions. (I don't have video clips) Thank you
