Just curious. What level do you play at. Online or offline?

Only offline, Play this game since Sega Genesis and im really done with it now 

Did you try to make a pass ? For me it's working, and no one can hit me. Try this out.

Each time, when im in puck possesion, the CPU player hits me, grabs me or destroys my offensive actions in another manner, i know i have to pass like a ping pong player, but i want to create offensive plays like in real hockey 🥅 

Im going to assume you play pro or above in your offline games. I experienced the same problems years ago. I do understand how you wish the flow was more consistent with actual nhl play. But in this game as you advance ranks, the AI gets turned up, and becomes more aggressive, often feeling like they have thrown a blanket over your team. Why player ratings in the game, regarding AI teams are inconsistent. The only way to combat this is through puck control. Moving the puck around between players. This will slowly deplete the endurance level of the team your playing. Find the best combination strategy wise for your team. If your team is built on the speed factor, then be more aggressive offensively. Same with your D core. Slower D, best use hold the line. Its a combination of a few things that when put together, gives you the best chance at winning. Also. If you find a level too difficult. Lower it and work on strategy and improving your skill set. Remember one thing. This game does not have incentive anymore. Regardlless the level you play at. Everyone ends up in the same place at the end. Same rewards. Same player at level 55. Dont give up bud. Your better than the game.

I play BaP and it's worse in that mode. I watch hockey and players gets passes through most of the time, I'd guess 80/20% they get the pass through the other team player. yea it gets picked sometimes but it glances off but not stuck to their stick like glue. and usually in real NHL there will be one of your players trying to get the puck but not in this game. the other team AI ALWAYS has 2 or more around the puck, even when in a board battle, but not my team. it's usually my player and 2 other of the opposite team. and don't get me started on my AI not doing diddly squat in the defensive zone. no hits, no blocked shots (except from me), no attempted poke checks or stick lifts, nothing and that's on allstar. sickening.
