Bruins Custom Pack Bug

Hi,

I want to report an issue that I experienced with purchasing the Bruins custom pack. I'm playing on Xbox One X (gamertag RabbitNinja)and I purchased the pack and saved to my collection. The players nor the jersey appeared. I backed out of the game/quit and reloaded the game to find the same results. I repeated twice to find the same results. I purchased the pack again and saved to my collection to find now I have two packs in my collection. The jerseys are duplicates but I do have different players which is great but I didn't want to buy the pack twice. Thank you for your time
