BAP forced to play LW
I understand starting as a winger while a rookie but even working my way to the first line I never got put as a centre. Finished my first season and during pre season the following year i was playing Centre finally and was winning over 65% of faceoffs and leading the team in points but once the season started I was back on the wing. Wont even get a chance on the pk even though the player in tha position is a lower overall and lower faceoff attribute than me. Wtf is the point of this if i can’t play the position i want?Game Still Crashing
Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue constantly on my original Xbox series X. Every game I play besides NHL runs flawlessly and I cannot say the last time it crashed. From playing hours of MLB I believe I have never once crashed mid game. I ended up buying a new Xbox for my alternate location so I wouldn’t have to pack my Xbox whenever I traveled and it is about 4 months old now and am still having the crashing issue on this game. Tonight I tried to play hut and 2/3 games have crashed. One being in the third period and the other one was 2 minutes into the first period. I have gotten my Xbox’s professionally cleaned, purchased an expansion card, upgraded internet, spent hours on threads and many videos on how to fix this issue, and truly seems there is absolutely no fix. I will not purchase another new console as my other one that is only 4 months old has this problem as well. What I have gathered it is something with an Xbox series X and every other console does not have this issue. Ea has no fix or solution to this so I would advise if you only play NHL do not purchase an Xbox series X as this game is literally unplayable on it. Doesn’t matter what mode you play. Doesn’t matter what you do to try and fix it. It will crash non stop. It is so frustrating as truly any other game you play will run with no issues at all. Just don’t waste your time or money trying to fix it. Nothing will work. This issue has been going on for a few NHL year cycles and still no fix.NHL 26 keep crashing
I am experiencing constant crashes when playing NHL 26 on my PlayStation 5. The game crashes repeatedly and has become completely unplayable. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times, restarting my PS5, and checking for both system and game updates, but the issue still happens every time I start or play the game. I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. This one's got me puzzled. I have an XBox Series S with a wired controller. When I go to play any EA NHL game, the left trigger is completely unresponsive. I play Franchise mode, so the trigger is kinda needed. And here's the kicker... The trigger works just fine in every other game. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No dice. If anyone has any idea on this, I'm all ears.
Something is seriously wrong with upgrading finish line player
An update on my finish line debacle I traded 3 91 overall players in finish line for a 93 overall but I did receive!!! However, the 93 disappeared out of my lineup without warning, my 91 Tampa player is still gone, but they returned two of my defenseman. I used in the exchange, but now they’re bonded. Not only that I lose my Tampa player, I received back my players, but I can no longer trade them or use them, and I lost my $10,000 this morning that I used to buy team players to build up to my team!!! What an absolute disgrace this is!!! Can someone tell me what’s going on? I have shut off my PlayStation. I have done all this, but clearly something is up because why do they return my players back bonding now, while keeping one of my players!!! This doesn’t make a bit of sense Have video of all this event
Game crash
Hey guys I am in the process of finalizing my team,but it's similar to the season one issue. I have my upgrade tokens and apply then to the player. I confirmed the upgrade and the the game kicks me to the menu. Not hut menu. And I can't get this 92 xp player to his full potential. It's pretty frustrating. Asking for a friend here . Thanks
Wild slap shots - anyone else experiencing this?
Post the last patch has anyone experienced your player (when skating towards the net or stationary) taking a slap shop and having it go wildly away from the net? Slice or hook in golf terms. Occasionally if another player happens to be in the path, they will try to deflect it towards the net. But it's more like bumper pool at that point. Thanks!Toxic goalie pulling not kicking dropin
I have in a video behavior from teal on our team username xDy3rRh3ax. I'm not sure where else to post this EA_Aljo if there's a better spot let me know. Yes we all reported him but there's only offensive content options. And honestly being able to pull the goalie this much as a drop in should be considered a bug. This player got matched into our 4-stack. For no reason started insanely toxic stuff. Pulling goalie all game, forcing offsides, spamming team settings, stole the pause timeout for no reason. This was unprovoked so either it was a plant from the other team or this kid was losing his marbles, but we lost as you will see in the vid because of his behavior. There needs to be a way to kick players who force pull goalies, it should be easy to track.. no? IMO it's a bug that a player can do this. This needs a way to be prevented, at the very least I hope he can get punished through here.Easter Egg cards missing
I completed the NHL 26 (XBOX Series X) easter egg challenges/ sets and received the 93 Michal Pivonka & Pat Flatley cards. I was going to use these cards to complete TOTS sets but they have vanished from my account. I have raised this with EA chat about 5 times and they all confirm that the cards are in my account but I can't see them or use them. I have followed all of there advice from rebooting and unplugging etc. but still no joy. TOTS is running out so I need these cards. Please can someone help?😧

I have been enjoying NHL 26 a lot this season! Thank you to all the Devs for their hard work! As lifelong fan of the Montreal Canadiens, I have been extremely blessed with phenomenal Goaltenders and this season, Jakub Dobeš has been able to win more games in his first full year in the league than Patrick Roy and Carey Price! That said, since the Playoffs are right around the corner, would it be possible to fix the spelling and also the pronunciation of his last name? Currently Dobes sounds like Cloves in the game. While playing WOC, an opponent quit and it sent me to the purple “syncing” screen. When the game resumed, both of my teammates were stuck in a black scree while the game resumed for me and the two opponents. My teammates were ultimately kicked for inactivity, and I lost over 600 points due to EAs glitch. I’ve never seen this before and would appreciate an update on why it happened and when my points will be restored.
Controlling the player character is not working
Hey, has anyone else noticed that when playing, guys just stay in place out of nowhere even though there's a puck on the platform and then they automatically protect the puck with their sticks?I tried it in another game and the controller works normally. Is this a bug? It happens in wild card, rivals, champs and cup/hut moments.Left faceoff grip broken
Having an issue at faceoff where if i try to grip the stick left it immediately triggers a draw. Forehand or backhand, even if i pull the stick to 8 or 7 oclock. Does not happen to right hand side at all. Three different controllers, one brand new. Reset console settings, uninstalled and reinstalled game, still it triggers, sometimes two or three times before i can reset to a new motion. Ive played hundreds of games and now i suddenly cant take a faceoff. What is happening?
