Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26
I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I don’t know what to do at this point, feels like a waste of money buying the game at this point. [CM - Minor title edit for clarity]
Invite failed in NHL 25 and NHL 26 on Xbox Cloud Gaming
Hi, I’m having an issue with multiplayer invites in NHL 25 and NHL 26 on Xbox Cloud Gaming. My friend and I both have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When we try to invite each other in the same game version, we always get the error: “Invite failed.” We tested both NHL 25 to NHL 25 and NHL 26 to NHL 26. The only mode that works for us is World of Chel. In other modes, we cannot join each other. Invites work correctly in other EA games when playing through Xbox Cloud Gaming, so the issue seems specific to NHL 25 and NHL 26. Xbox Support checked their side and said everything looks fine, so they advised us to contact EA Support. Could you please check this issue from the EA side? I am currently in the Stanley cup finals in my first season of be a pro. I am playing on ps5. While simming between games the salary perk window popped up and showed that I’m over budget. I removed all I could, however there is one perk it won’t let me remove it is the “scent creator” for $175000. It won’t let me remove it and is leaving me at $80,000 spent and only $47,376 available. Due to this it will not allow me to continue with my be a pro due to being “over budget”. This is very upsetting because like I said I am in the middle of my first Stanley cup final in be a pro and now all of a sudden I cannot continue. i have attached a photo. I really hope I am able to continue and not have to start over again as I have no older save I can go back to. thank you
World of CHEL got -600 RP for winning a game!
Played a drop in game. Leading 4-2 in the 3rd period and all of a sudden game freezes as if everyone disconnected. Was given a loss, -600 RP for a game we won! Nobody disconnected. You grind this game for hours only to get **bleep** with -600RP for winning. Game is trash!!!!
Equipment manager is for Utah.
Has anybody else noticed when your player on your team? Let’s say gets their first career goal and the puck is thrown to the equipment manager that equipment manager has the Utah hockey club logo on their jacket and not your teams logo? Again, I’m no game developer, but I would think that would be an easy little fix. Also, I’ve noticed the Anaheim ducks goalie mask is on every goalie that is the replacement during the game. Is there a way to fix that as well?Nhl 26 is a joke
This game is so badly bugged. Worst teams with lower overall players are out playing me and out skating me. The goalie situation is even worse. I refuse to spend money within the game because its a joke. I go o n 0 then lose 15 to teams worse than me? Hello, I would like to report an issue that happened to me in NHL CHEL Drop-Ins. We queued for a match as a team of 3 players. We found opponents, confirmed the match, and started loading into the game. However, during the loading process, I received notifications that my teammates had disconnected one by one. They did NOT leave intentionally — the game itself kicked them out unexpectedly. As a result, I entered the game alone, and the match was immediately canceled. The problem is that only I lost RP/points because of this. I lost exactly 952 points. My rank was Diamond 3, Bar 2, while the opponent I matched against was only Silver 1. I also have a recorded video that clearly shows this issue and proves that it was caused by the game/server and not by us. I would like to ask if it is possible to restore my lost points since this happened because of an error on your side. I can provide the video evidence if needed. Thank you very much.
Cannot Start a Game in Be a Pro.
Hi, I’m on PS5 and recently whenever I try to play Be A Pro, I get all the way up to the point where you’re choosing what jerseys you’re wearing, and when it gets to the home team, the game makes the sound when I hit the X button, but nothing happens. It doesn’t say ready on the Home team side no matter how many times I hit X, it makes the sound, but doesn’t register. So I can’t start a game basically. I back out, go back in, same thing. Turn the system off, turn it on, same thing. Any ideas?

I'm getting this freaking error every time I try to play any game of any kind within the WOC. It started out when I was going back into ProAm to play and now I'm getting the error no matter what kinda match I try to start in CHEL. Please help EA forum mods or whoever. I've tried all the standard to troubleshooting steps and am at a loss.
