Woc club member not ranking up with rest of the group.
We played 7 games last night...won 3 lost 4. We just purchased 26 this week. I started at a level 11 as I played some pro-am games to mess around and get a feel for things. Buddy started level one. No biggie. At the end of the night, I was like a level 17 or 18. We have a 4 man group, 3 of us level up regularly as expected. The one that didnt rank up ended the night at a level 3. No Idea what or how that happened, but he plays the game same style as the rest of us but for whatever reason he wasnt getting any xp.Customization Error Code
I keep getting an error in the game when im changing my club uniforms to stock branding. I change the home, and I’m able to save it but when I change the away, and save I get the error code as shown in the image attached. Very annoying hang or error going on here. I just started to play the game and tried Be a Pro mode. In second match I supposed to lose with final 3:2 score, but the game went to Overtime. I scored (3:3) and won the match! You have a big mistake in EA NHL 26. The Czech team SPARTA is missing their key player, Kryštof Hrabík. Kryštof Hrabík is in the current version of EA NHL 26 in the team RYTÍŘI KLADNO. Kryštof Hrabík has been one of Sparta's important players since the 2023/24 season. In 2025, he was only on a short loan in Kladno, ONLY for the month of October. I ask for a correction. Loads into party but screen just remains the background screen with the spinning ea wheel of death in the corner. Then I get some random error code after a few minutes. Games I played atm. All updates are fine, rosters are fine. Power cycled both modem and Xbox. Still no change. Someone helpEASHL Disconnections
Hello, I’ve been a long time player of your game. I play it almost everyday with my cousin and we have great times. Recently, it’s been tough and we are close to never playing this game or another NHL ever again. We have no internet problems on any other game but all of a sudden we can’t make it through 5 games with out getting kicked out. We take our club seriously and the amount of losses we have received from getting kicked out is unbelievable. If there is anyway of seeing the score of these games when we get disconnected you would see we are not trying to get out of these games. They would have all been wins and now we are too far gone to even attempt to comeback. I’m not asking for these losses to become wins but to remove the losses from our record. Please look into this, it really is extremely frustrating and I know many other players experience this. The club is Dead Guyz, Gubanada is my psn.
Franchise mode
I have searched for solutions to this issue but have found none. In franchise mode 5-6 years in it gets frustrating as my players lose discipline every season by 4-6 under natural growth to the point they are in the 50-60 range. This causes my team to be shorthanded the most in the league and also have the fewest power plays for whatever reason. This is not just a one off, I have checked the 3 different saves I have that are in 2030-2031 and they all have a lot of players with low discipline. I play with morale on and usually pick the team bonding coach conversation option. I do season goals and off season ones. I am really hoping for a solution to this issue as I have tried troubleshooting different scenarios and can’t figure it out. When I sim the game I choose sim game and go period by period. Do I need to just advance day? Will that solve it? This mode is unplayable for me until I can figure out a solution so if anyone has any insight please let me know.NHL 26 Club Dressing Room not loading
Trying to play Club 6v6 game and I get stuck in a loop where it says checking on the top right corner or screen with a spinning EA wheel, but the dressing room never loads. I am able to play live events but cannot play club games because of this. I’m on xbox and I’ve tried deleting all local saved data and hard rebooting the Xbox with no luck. Please fix this asap.Game Still Crashing
Alright at this point I have tried absolutely everything to fix NHL26 from crashing besides buying a new console. I have two Xbox series X’s due to traveling from different states and had this issue constantly on my original Xbox series X. Every game I play besides NHL runs flawlessly and I cannot say the last time it crashed. From playing hours of MLB I believe I have never once crashed mid game. I ended up buying a new Xbox for my alternate location so I wouldn’t have to pack my Xbox whenever I traveled and it is about 4 months old now and am still having the crashing issue on this game. Tonight I tried to play hut and 2/3 games have crashed. One being in the third period and the other one was 2 minutes into the first period. I have gotten my Xbox’s professionally cleaned, purchased an expansion card, upgraded internet, spent hours on threads and many videos on how to fix this issue, and truly seems there is absolutely no fix. I will not purchase another new console as my other one that is only 4 months old has this problem as well. What I have gathered it is something with an Xbox series X and every other console does not have this issue. Ea has no fix or solution to this so I would advise if you only play NHL do not purchase an Xbox series X as this game is literally unplayable on it. Doesn’t matter what mode you play. Doesn’t matter what you do to try and fix it. It will crash non stop. It is so frustrating as truly any other game you play will run with no issues at all. Just don’t waste your time or money trying to fix it. Nothing will work. This issue has been going on for a few NHL year cycles and still no fix.Hut game freezes
Does anyone else have bug that in hut game after period ends and when you press X in PlayStation to play next period the game froze when you try to start next period and when it freezes there is nothing helping it you lose your winning streak there because you need to start game again or leave a game to get it work
