Captains set rewards disappearing?
Hi, I was told by ea support to post on here because only the devs can fix this apparently. i completed 3 sets for random 95 ovr captains, i got them in my inbox the first one was Esposito the second one I can’t remember and the last one Nolan. I then went back to captain sets to trade them for Marleau and it said I didn’t have any 95-96ovr captains cards. I went to my collection and searched they weren’t there. I reset my game. Still not there. I waited a day and checked again still gone. So I’m out 9 x 93ovr players and 3 x 92ovr players and was told by support they can’t do anything and to post on the forums. So here it is! it takes a long time to grind 93ovr players so I’m pissed and there doesn’t seem to be anyone willing to help un-ruin the game for me.
NHL 26 HuT Crown collectors
Bonjour / Hi Today ( June 8th ) in NhL 26 HUT mode around 17:15 pm, I traded 30 Crown collectors ( the New event ) to get a 94 untradable player... Choice between 2 players. I choose the right defensemen Brek Liske. I confirme my selection. I dont get it in my album. I check Everywhere. The Games didnt register my selection. I checked if I still have my collectors but they disappear. I have also troubles with my 99 collector and tokens. First time that did IT.Game locks on trade screen
I'm in the off-season trying to do trades and get an offer, I will click the right thumbstick to view team info. The screen flashed, doesn't show me any information and then I'm not allowed to leave the trade screen. I'll restart the save, same thing. I'll start a new save, same thing. I can't get past an off-season without this happening.
Invite failed in NHL 25 and NHL 26 on Xbox Cloud Gaming
Hi, I’m having an issue with multiplayer invites in NHL 25 and NHL 26 on Xbox Cloud Gaming. My friend and I both have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. When we try to invite each other in the same game version, we always get the error: “Invite failed.” We tested both NHL 25 to NHL 25 and NHL 26 to NHL 26. The only mode that works for us is World of Chel. In other modes, we cannot join each other. Invites work correctly in other EA games when playing through Xbox Cloud Gaming, so the issue seems specific to NHL 25 and NHL 26. Xbox Support checked their side and said everything looks fine, so they advised us to contact EA Support. Could you please check this issue from the EA side? Thank you.
Crashing to dashboard on Xbox in NHL 26
I’ve been dealing with this crash for about 4 - 5 games (NHL 22 -26). I thought it might be fixed finally this year, but no. I’ve seen other reports on this and no solutions. Every 3-5 games (playing mostly HUT) the game freezes and then boots me back to the dashboard. It’s super frustrating considering there’s challenges and rewards given based on going undefeated or wins in a row. Pretty much impossible to play or get anything done in the game. I’m on Xbox series X. I’ve done factory reset, changed my camera angle, done a power cycle… none of these have worked. I don’t know what to do at this point, feels like a waste of money buying the game at this point. [CM - Minor title edit for clarity]Be a pro won’t let me continue due to salary perks!
I am currently in the Stanley cup finals in my first season of be a pro. I am playing on ps5. While simming between games the salary perk window popped up and showed that I’m over budget. I removed all I could, however there is one perk it won’t let me remove it is the “scent creator” for $175000. It won’t let me remove it and is leaving me at $80,000 spent and only $47,376 available. Due to this it will not allow me to continue with my be a pro due to being “over budget”. This is very upsetting because like I said I am in the middle of my first Stanley cup final in be a pro and now all of a sudden I cannot continue. i have attached a photo. I really hope I am able to continue and not have to start over again as I have no older save I can go back to. thank you
World of CHEL got -600 RP for winning a game!
Played a drop in game. Leading 4-2 in the 3rd period and all of a sudden game freezes as if everyone disconnected. Was given a loss, -600 RP for a game we won! Nobody disconnected. You grind this game for hours only to get **bleep** with -600RP for winning. Game is trash!!!!
Equipment manager is for Utah.
Has anybody else noticed when your player on your team? Let’s say gets their first career goal and the puck is thrown to the equipment manager that equipment manager has the Utah hockey club logo on their jacket and not your teams logo? Again, I’m no game developer, but I would think that would be an easy little fix. Also, I’ve noticed the Anaheim ducks goalie mask is on every goalie that is the replacement during the game. Is there a way to fix that as well?
