Controlling the player character is not working

Hey, has anyone else noticed that when playing, guys just stay in place out of nowhere even though there's a puck on the platform and then they automatically protect the puck with their sticks?I trie...

Which controls are you using? Skill stick, Hybrid or Total Control?
