Again with the packs not being Correct (UT vs Tradeable)

So I bought this 4500 point “Apex” pack yesterday and it was fire. I pulled the new 87 David Pastrnak Milestone card. So I come back later and buy another pack and hit the same card!!! Great for once to have some luck. 

But here’s the problem, I obviously go to sell one and I see one of them is Untradable? Then I look at the other pulls and some are UT while some are tradeable. 

The listing never said UT or I wouldn’t have bought it. I guess I shouldn’t complain because I pulled another card that was 🔥 in that same pack.  But in my chase for the Burakovsky fantasy card, this would go a long way!  That’s why I know for a fact that I did not miss the UT designation anywhere because I’m only buying packs for stuff to sell for that fantasy card, so UT cards don’t do me a lot of good, even those as good as I received.
