cup chase and other things
why is cup chase still freezing during the intermission? is nothing gonna be done? on top of other things like line changes are bad. like atrocious. why isn't manual lines an option like in offline modes. this would help most of the issues i have with it. and it takes 180 alumni 79s to make a 90 heroes card not including having to get 6 85 alumni cards and 24 81-84 alumni cards. definitely don't get enough packs weekly to remotely come anywhere near getting those cardsMoments are coded against the objective player
Doesn't matter who or what the objective is the moments actively work towards not letting you complete them. The parayko poke checks from last week is the first example. How are you going to set a moment requiring 5 poke with a specific player know full well that poke checks DO NOT function properly. This week's example is Josi shot blocks. Get one blocks and the all of sudden every shot the AI is a goal nothing with hit Josi and it's more than obvious. Locked position and low and behold EA for zero reason switched Josis side in overtime so he's AI controlled. It's just little stuff like that that shows the true grime and filth of whoever conjures up these moments. Another I just found out. You cannot switch the AI off aggressive in overtime meaning you can't make Josi stay back to even attempt blocks. This is getting to be a new level of low here. WOW. The more you progress through moments the more EA has set the sliders against the user to point of not even being a challenge just an unenjoyable grind that basically requires you to exploit the game back to complete the rewards. Probably get banned again for this since these managers stay in their feelings but they just refuse to acknowledge a single issue with moments to push their pack sales. It's a grimy despicable practice that needs to change. Lol edit to add the game will you let you switch the offense pressure during the moment but will not let you do it overtime causing josi to play forward and not even attempt defense this is is getting crazy what's going on with pro moments.Missing NHL points
I spent 6,600 NHL points on the new ODR SZN LTD PLAYER ULTIMATE CHANCE PACK (UT) and I revived an error code. I lost my points and did not recive my pack and my points never came back. I’d love to get my points back because it’s a lot of money and I’ve been patiently waiting for them to be reimbursed. (if you pay close attention you’ll see I bought the pack again immediately after the first one failed and you’ll see me go from over 20k points to 7k and change) Idk if the video attached or not, I can email it if I have tooWhat's new and fun about this NHL?
I would like to hear from a gamer, not a person who is nothing, what's new in this NHL, the animations are completely bad, the game behaves like the old years? I would like to know what kind of game it is when you make substitutions and a full-energy player jumps onto the ice, gets the puck and doesn't even get to the goal and has no energy, that's how it is in real hockey, right? It's just that this EA shows what kind of incompetent people are in that EA.What's funny about that is that for EA servers the game isn't about skill but what else will ruin it?Another fun xfactor :D I don't know but someone should have it turned on as soon as they get the puck and it will turn on for you as soon as you lose the puck :D that's EA work. Misleading packs
I bought the ODR SZN LTD PLAYER ULTIMATE CHANCE PACK (UT) with 6600 NHL points (~52€). The description of the pack says: "50/50 chance of LTD ODR SZN player" (picture attached). After buying, I looked at the "view pack probabilities" section and found that the chance of getting an LTD player (who is 93 overall) is only 33%! I asked for compensation on EA's support chat but they didn't take me seriously, they just replied with ready-made message templates and avoided responsibility. EA_Aljo
Objective
I have Braden Schneider on my team. A Chel week player. The Events objective Chel Week, calls for complete 20 games in ranked with one or more Chel week items. 20 games to complete. I have been sitting at 19 games for the past several games, and it still stays at 19. WHY!!!!!!!! Also not registering with the team of the week. Im sure no reason will be given by EA as to why. But it always seems that not a week goes by in this game, and another problem arises.
Ea Request - Enable automatically send the collection cards to the STORAGE
Hi EA, would it be possible to remove decks with cards from the collection by the next update and in the coming years? It's very annoying to open, for example, 40 packs in which there are only cards for collections. I don't understand why packages have to be opened, where it is clear and obvious that the player opens only a given number and has to manually send it to the storage. PLEASE DIRECT ALL COLLECTIVE PACKAGES AND CARDS DIRECTLY TO THE STORAGE SO THAT THE CARDS CAN BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS IN BULK. Menus and browsing in the game is one big slow-motion lag, do you know how much unnecessary time we players spend on annoying opening meaningless packages? Please fix it and start listening to the community a bit.
Moments? When will you stop?
To whom is in charge of Moments, Please tone it down. The mode is really not enjoyable. We literally laugh at the game, not because we are having a good time, that would be welcome. But because of how it plays. It is completely different than any other mode, please stop. We know you want it to be a challenge for us, I get it. But at some point fun, or a game's enjoyment, should be a priority. Like everyone says...."it's just a game". These extra modes have been an issue for a very long time, going back to HUT Rush even. It's just gotten so much worse. I truly have no idea why you have fatigue ON for Moments. It seems like a missed opportunity to just turn that off and let us try with no fatigue. The game is really unappealing in a fatigued state. Asking us to complete 10 backhand shots hardly feels like a "moment" of any significance to Conner Bedard. Who's idea was that? Please reconsider what you want our experience to be. I really want to like the game, and the crew making it.NHL 26 HUT Content 12/19

5 poke checks with Parayko (2 min) This is an incredibly frustrating moment to do, first off 2 minutes, secondly only can be done with Parayko. Does anyone try these at EA? I'm lost with what your trying to do with these moments. Sometimes feels like the moments are getting better then this. So this is how I finally completed: Player lock on Parayko, call for a pass each time your team gets the puck, dump the puck beside you and wait for the cpu to pickup the puck, hold L2 and poke check when close. Then repeat 4 more times. This is what we have to do to compete these fun moments, feels just like a real hockey game, "it's in the game!" So ridiculous...Why ea dont give enough credits in there hockey games
Whe every hockey games they dont give enough credits and this game is worst because there is no credits they give . i play all day because i can but yet i find my self just barly scraping bye on getting sets because ea dont pay enough credits in 2026 nhl there no getting players or buying player's because im always have to put my credits in sets cant even afford a player and I play alot there no credits wow two thousand credits every five days for open daily pack 500 credits for season 2 for rewards pretty.much a slap in the face. And if u do get a player that u can sell its only worth around two and ten thousand a slap in the face again what do we have to do to let ea know we want are fantasy team not there team . i need credits for that I dont have money to throw at the game im on disability there is no money to buy packs and get rip off because there is only 1.5 percent chance to get someone Like i said im on disability so I can play lots of games but im just scraping bye on sets and there is no credits to bye players or packs with credits why does ea have to treat there players like sewage and not reward us with credits. they should be flooding use with credits so I can get my fantasy team and not just my fantasy team but more credits so I can have my fantasy team and try new player's to see if they mach with my team ea quit treating us like sewage . we deserve are fantasy team thats why i buy you're games
