Ai in moments should react to gameplay not user input

That's actually so busted the AI just literally reacts to the controller inputs instead of the play on the ice. They just rag and lick the boards like online ballerinas. This garbage is actually ridiculous at this point. Fix whatever garbage goes on behind the scenes in moments
