Can't play HUT

When I open the HUT mode the mode crash with the error Failed to retrieve data; please try again later. I already tried everything, reset router, reset Xbox Series S, close profile and reopen, clean...

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Please try these steps:

  1. Hit the Guide button on your controller
  2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
  3. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the guide button with the 3 horizontal lines on it
  4. Choose Manage game & add ons
  5. Go to Saved data
  6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it

      Were you able to enter HUT fine and then this suddenly started occurring or is this the first time you're trying to play HUT in NHL 26?

        I open the HUT but in less than a second the error appears
