Can't play HUT

When I open the HUT mode the mode crash with the error Failed to retrieve data; please try again later. I already tried everything, reset router, reset Xbox Series S, close profile and reopen, clean...

Were you able to enter HUT fine and then this suddenly started occurring or is this the first time you're trying to play HUT in NHL 26?

I open the HUT but in less than a second the error appears

    Did this start when you opened HUT for the first time in NHL 26 or were you able to play it fine for awhile before this started occurring?
