Captain 93 Misleading Reward Information

Misleading Reward Information – Request for Immediate Player Replacement

Dear Support Team,

I am writing regarding the “93 Captains” reward in the Perfect Bug game.

The reward was clearly presented and explained as a nation-based effect. Based on this official description, I selected Mitch Marner. However, after completing the process, it turned out to function as a conference-based effect, which directly contradicts the information provided.

This is not a player mistake — this is a mistake on your side.

Unfortunately, inconsistencies and discrepancies in announcements and in-game descriptions happen regularly. Information presented in announcements often does not match how the content actually works in-game.

Additionally, players have NO way to check the actual bonus effects before completing the full set and building the player. There is no clear explanation anywhere in the game about what the bonus truly does prior to completion. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to make an informed decision.

I spent approximately three hours dealing with a slow and lagging menu system to complete this set, only to receive a reward that is completely irrelevant to my team due to incorrect and misleading information.

Because this issue occurred due to inaccurate information provided by your game, I request that my Mitch Marner card be replaced with another player from the Eastern Conference.

Preferably, I would like Victor Hedman as a replacement.

I expect this issue to be resolved fairly, as the mistake was not on my side.

    They cannot change the card, but they can definitely change it so that the Captain is for nationality instead of conference. Such a strange omission from them.

    No, you did not get a card that is irrelevant to your team and you do not need a replacement.

    There is no mistake in the AP boost. It is correct. Why do you only have 3 Canadian players in your lineup? That is why the AP boost is not activating. It would activate if you added 2 more Canadian players in your lineup.

    Do you see the star symbols on Hall and Cozens? Those are the 2 players who count for the AP boost besides the Captain. They are Canadian players, and they are not from the Western Conference.

    The only mistake here is the text on the lineup screen. But even though it says "Western Conference", it counts Canadian players as intended. There is even a Canadian flag below the text to indicate that the AP boost is based on nationality.

    And by the way, why are you saying that Marner is irrelevant to your team with a conference-based AP boost? You have more players from the Western Conference in your lineup than Canadian players, and you would only need one more player from the Western Conference to activate the AP boost if it was conference-based.

    Yes, I realized it a couple of hours later. But **bleep**, I was so angry during those hours — it literally took me about three hours to build this 93 Captain.
