Game Freeze

Hey EA,

Enjoying the game content this year and especially the new event. However I have 3 main issues , the first issue being that when the game freezes especially in off line move during cup chase I lose all ex and any progress made on my objective whenter event specific or weekly and daily., even when winning I sitll get a loss and lose everything else. Is there a way to fix this so I do not feel sandbagged with the responsability for the loss the game made? Even if I kept the progress, it is not fair play on your part that I should lose everything because the game is bugging out. 

Secondly in HUT, where the coins at? Last year you could earn 25K-35K for certain milestons with powerup Icons, and X-Factors. Couldn't that still be done with Captain cards, Icon, Hero, and Rookie cards? or At least the new Beast mode MSPs? 

Lastly, BND 80 overall, REALLY?????!!! and duplicates as well? If I want a BND at least give me something worth possibly putting in my line up rather than a useless card that is a pain to have on my roster just to complete objectives with the lack of coinage to purchase tradeable cards more useful. Also where are the guaranteed event card packs that actually making odd and packs fun to consider chasing with coins or real dollars? I spend a good 2K last year on guaratee event player packs and it was fun, worth it? definitely at times but not this year mates.

Just something that has been bugging me this year and yes one of the reasons I felt the need to go coin distributing just to get cards for my teams so I can enjoy offline play. Other than that I like the line combos and chemistry out workings and having to be smarter with player usage.
